2 – Prices include the corresponding VAT.
3 – Shipments will only be made to any point in Peninsular Spain.
4 – Transport: Free throughout Catalonia for minimum orders of 12 bottles. For the rest of the country, transport costs will be the corresponding amount depending on the quantity of the order and the place of shipment.
5 – The sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age is prohibited.
6 – Returns: The customer has the right to return the goods within 7 days. They must communicate their intention to formalize the return within this period by sending an email to celler@dascavives.com. The transport costs of the return are borne by the customer.
7 – Legislation: Distance sales are regulated by Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002 which complies with European Directive 97/7/EC. The processing of data complies with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data.
