Vineyard

Bellavista Estate, Freixa Estate, and Els Quatre Vents Estate. Vines of 25 and 40 years old respectively, grown on trellises at Bellavista Estate, and 50-year-old vines grown in a bush vine system at the other two estates.

Elaboration

Manual harvest in crates. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, with the grapes’ own natural yeasts. Work with the lees throughout the winter. No addition of clarifying agents.

Alcoholic content: 12% ABV

Tasting

Aromatic wine, with white fruit, floral, and mineral notes that express the origin of the vineyard very well. Good acidity and persistent on the palate. Subtle aroma, fruity taste.
