Elaboration

Manual harvest in crates. Start of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finish in chestnut barrels. Fermented with the grapes’ own natural yeasts and without the addition of clarifying agents. Six months of aging in chestnut barrels with its own lees.

Tasting

Aromatic wine, with notes of aging, spices, and citrus. Long and persistent aftertaste.
