80% Cartoixà (Xarel·lo) and 20% Macabeu

ELABORATION

Manual harvest in crates. Alcoholic fermentation with the grapes’ natural yeasts, first in stainless steel tanks and finally in the bottle. Bottle aging with the lees. Manual disgorgement. No clarifying agents and no sulfites.

Alcoholic content: 11% ABV

TASTING

Fruity aromas combining citrus and sweet notes. On the palate, the bubbles are very well-integrated, and there’s a fresh and light sensation.
