Bellavista Estate and Els Quatre Vents Estate. 30-year-old vines (Ull de Llebre) and 65-year-old vines (Cabernet) grown on trellises.

Elaboration

Manual harvest in crates. Alcoholic fermentation with the grapes’ own natural yeasts, in stainless steel tanks. 12 months aging in French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation in the barrels. No addition of clarifying agents and unfiltered.

Alcohol content: 14% ABV

Tasting

Aromas of ripe fruit and minerals predominate, with spicy notes from the barrel aging. Very well-structured on the palate with soft tannins. Long and intense aftertaste.
