Elaboration

Manual harvest in crates. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, with the grapes’ own natural yeasts. Work with the lees throughout the winter. No addition of clarifying agents.

Tasting

Intense ripe fruit and excellent acidity. Very well-structured and persistent on the palate.
